Terms of Service

PokeBox is an interface that helps creators launch tokens on Pump.fun, route creator fees toward Collector Crypt pack purchases, and display rounds, draws, and awarded cards to token communities. PokeBox does not custody your wallet, does not take ownership of or custody cards or other collectibles on behalf of users, does not guarantee profits, and is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. PokeBox is not a marketplace, custodian, insurer, or guarantor of any Pokémon card or collectible.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live and must comply with applicable law, including rules on digital assets, gambling or sweepstakes (if any apply to your jurisdiction), and sanctions. You are responsible for determining whether using PokeBox or trading meme tokens is permitted for you.

Wallets and on-chain activity

Actions you take through your self-custody wallet (including launches, trades, and signatures) are your responsibility. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Addresses shown in the product may be incorrect if you use the wrong network or a compromised device, always verify cluster, mint, and transaction details on a block explorer before relying on them.

Creator fees, packs, and rounds

When a token is launched through PokeBox, creator fees from Pump.fun activity may be harvested and allocated per the product rules (including portions reserved for pack purchases and buybacks, as described in How creator fees work). Pack selection at launch sets the target for rounds. Rounds involve holder snapshots, verifiable randomness, and fulfillment through Collector Crypt and related services.

Timing, fees, inventory, card values, and fulfillment depend on third parties (Pump.fun, Solana, Collector Crypt, RPC providers, and keepers). PokeBox does not promise that a round will run by a specific time, that a particular card will be won, or that secondary-market values will match insured or displayed estimates.

Cards and collectibles

Pack contents, insured values, imagery, and fulfillment are determined by Collector Crypt and related vendors. PokeBox displays card and pack information for transparency; displayed values can differ from secondary-market prices. Awarded cards may be delivered through workflows defined by those third parties (including custody, shipping, or NFT assignment). You are responsible for completing any steps required to receive a card after a round completes.

Automated and keeper operations

Certain PokeBox operations may be performed by automated services or keeper infrastructure. These systems may experience delays, failures, network congestion, RPC errors, or other technical issues. PokeBox does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free execution.

Randomness and verification

Where a round uses on-chain or otherwise verifiable randomness, the relevant randomness data and transaction information may be made available for independent verification. PokeBox does not guarantee that third-party infrastructure or external data sources will always operate correctly.

Third-party services

Pump.fun, Collector Crypt, wallet extensions, and block explorers are independent services with their own terms and risks. Links and integrations are provided for convenience. PokeBox is not responsible for outages, policy changes, delistings, or losses arising from those services.

Prohibited use

• Using the site to launder funds, defraud others, or violate law.
• Attempting to disrupt rounds, manipulate draws, or attack infrastructure.
• Scraping or reverse engineering the site in ways that impair others’ use.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with PokeBox, Pump.fun, or Collector Crypt.

Disclaimers

The site and data are provided “as is.” Meme tokens and collectibles are highly speculative. Nothing on PokeBox is financial, legal, or tax advice. You may lose all funds used to trade or launch tokens. Past fee volume or card values do not predict future results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeBox and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the site or on-chain programs, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us directly for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms or the product. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes to how rounds or fees work will be reflected in product documentation where practical.
