Privacy Policy

PokeBox is a web application for launching Pump.fun tokens, tracking creator-fee-funded pack rounds, and showing transparency data to communities. We aim to collect only what we need to operate the site, index on-chain activity, and improve reliability.

Information we process

Wallet and on-chain data

When you connect a wallet, we receive your public address and may read balances, signatures, and transaction history relevant to tokens launched through PokeBox, fee harvests, rounds, and claims. This data is largely public on Solana and may be stored in our database to power token pages, analytics, and on-chain wallet transparency links.

Information you submit

Launch flows may include token name, symbol, description, social links, and images you upload for metadata hosted on our storage providers (for example Cloudflare R2). Pack selections and launch parameters are stored so rounds can run against the correct Collector Crypt machine.

Technical data

Like most websites, we process standard logs and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and error reports. We may use cookies or local storage for session preferences (for example cached pack imagery or UI state).

How we use information

• Display token, round, and analytics pages you request.
• Operate backend services and keepers that harvest fees, run draws, and fulfill packs.
• Verify transactions against RPC endpoints and reduce fraud or abuse.
• Improve performance, fix bugs, and understand aggregate product usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use wallet addresses for unrelated advertising.

Sharing

We may share data with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, object storage, RPC) that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Blockchain networks, anything you sign is published on-chain and visible to everyone.
• Collector Crypt and Pump.fun when fulfilling packs or launches you initiate.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

Retention

We retain indexed on-chain and launch records while they remain useful for transparency and product operation. Server logs are kept for a limited period unless needed for security investigations. You cannot delete public blockchain history; you may stop using the site and disconnect your wallet at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect systems that store off-chain data. No method is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, seed phrase, and device. PokeBox never asks for your seed phrase or private keys.

Children

PokeBox is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

International users

If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that data may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.

Your choices

• Disconnect your wallet to stop voluntary submissions through the UI.
• Use browser settings to limit cookies; some features may not work without them.
• Contact us to request correction of inaccurate off-chain data tied to your launches, where applicable.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Significant updates may also be noted in the product or on official channels.
